Ernie Giron, Executive Director

Ernie has over 30 years experience in serving his local communities. Before coming to ACFB, he worked with homeless shelters in Northern Colorado and Denver, developed migrant farm labor housing and worked as a community organizer and precinct captain in Loveland Colorado.

Herb Ray, Operations Manager

Herb has worked in human services for 8 years with youth, families and seniors. Herb has experience with volunteers, program development and facility management.

Teresa Gillihan, Administrative Assistant

Teresa has extensive retail and customer service experience. Teresa has worked in the human services and church setting as an administrative assistant, coordinator of homeless service and volunteer coordination.
